I paid & ordered 3 flat sheets, nothing arrived, spoke on phone to ask where my order was, they could not tell me, so asked for repeat order, days later 1/3 or my order arrived, i asked why, they said they would post immediately remaining sheets, 1 week later nothing, was told that a delivery was definately coming friday....nothing arrived, I asked for a refund, I got an apology and was told I would be refunded the remainder plus £20 as a goodwill gesture.....I didnt get it, end of, dont waste your time with this company.

I bought 2 lovely little Joules cushions. These arrived v quickly and safely and are exactly as shown on the Bedeck website.
